When you change the color of text, you access a menu that includes the color palette. This menu has four sections that contain the following items: the Automatic color, the color palette of Theme Colors, palette of Standard Colors, and the More Colors command. Please briefly describe each section. Also, which of these menu sections do you think you would use the most often and why?

- The top section contains the Automatic color for the current text; this is usually black.
- The middle section contains the color palette of Theme Colors, which are colors specifically designed to work with the current document.
- The bottom section contains the palette of Standard Colors, which are colors that are always available.
- The More Colors command at the bottom of the menu opens the Colors dialog box in which you can choose many more colors.

Section I would use most often (Answers will vary):
Automatic color: This is the color of the current text, and it would seem that as I typed, I would want future text the same color -- most of the time.

Standard colors: I often find myself wanting to change the color of text, but just have a basic color in mind. For example, I want to change text to "blue" or "red."

Theme colors: I like my documents to have a coordinated look where all of the fonts look good together. I would use the theme colors to make sure I'm choosing a font that goes with the others in my document.

More colors:  I am very artistic my nature, and when I change a font to a color -- I usually have a specific color in mind, such as a light, yellow-green or a fuchsia.  I find the standard colors too limiting, so almost always choose the More Colors command.
