Information stated at the beginning of a digitally recorded interview should include:

The name of the person being interviewed and other relevant personal information about the interviewee.
The name and position of the person conducting the interview.
The names of any other individuals present.
The date, place, and time of the interview.
The fact that you are recording the interview and have the consent of those being recorded.
If several tapes are used, repeat this information for each subsequent tape.
