What formula does Vroom use to describe the motivation a person feels in a given situation? Define each factor

What will be an ideal response?

Vroom's model of expectancy theory holds that motivation = expectancy × instrumentality × valence. Expectancy is the idea that a person's effort has an effect on a situation's results, whether success or failure. Instrumentality is the idea that the outcome of a situation is related to rewards or punishment. Extrinsically motivated employees will focus on material or verbal rewards. Intrinsically motivated employees will focus on their feelings regarding personal achievements. Valence is the importance an individual places on the expected outcome of a situation.
