Briefly discuss the relative protein needs for individuals who exercise regularly and those who do not

What will be an ideal response?

The RDA for protein is 0.8 grams per kilogram of body weight per day, and most people, including athletes, far exceed this. Thus the protein needs of fit and physically active people are not significantly higher than those who are less fit. Virtually all of us can meet our protein needs by eating a balanced diet.
