Answer: Robbers differ in their assessment of the rewards and risks of crime. Few burglars commit their crimes primarily for excitement. Burglars often have a need for money. Pleasurable sensations may the primary reason drug users continue to use drugs. The user is rewarded with the physiological effects of the drugs. The dealer is rewarded with the profits from the sales.
