What will be an ideal response?
Ans:
• Age, gender, and culture are individual differences. These are all characteristics and ways in which individuals are different from one another. The research has shown that in regards to age, younger individuals are more likely to engage in self-leadership strategies. In regards to gender, the research has not shown substantial differences between males and females in regards to engaging in self-leadership strategies. Culturally, there has been a great deal of work that has shown that the different cultural dimensions from Hofstede can have differing relationships with self-leadership.
