What does McCrae and Costa mean by introversion and extraversion? Is Subira introverted or extraverted? Find examples in the case to support your answer.

What will be an ideal response?

According to McCrae and Costa, introversion is a matter of being quiet, reserved, and less social than someone who is considered an extravert. Extraversion is a matter of being energetic, talkative and assertive. While there is evidence that Subira could be classified as either introverted or extraverted, she most likely would scored high on introversion measures because that is the way she acts with her friends (as opposed to being extraverted during auditions, which is basically her job). Her friends describe her as shy.
