Describe what customers, competitors, and people the organization attracts to work there have to do with deciding the goals of organization change?

What will be an ideal response?

Listening to customers tell the organization how satisfied people are with the organization’s products and services and how well the organization listens to them so the organization knows what to change and improve. Competitors can be used as benchmarks of where the organization ranks in the industry. The organization should know as much as possible what the competitor is doing differently and why. The organization should determine whether the people they attract to work there are the right kind of people to further the organization’s mission, goals, and ultimate survival. If not, what is the organization projecting/doing (or not projecting/doing) that is deterring the right people away from working there?
