Assume that Dell Computer has a shop right in a patent. If the patent is infringed by ABC, who sues for infringement?

What will be an ideal response?

A shop right is a right of Dell to make and use the invention in its business. An employee is the actual owner of the patented invention and so it will sue for infringement of its patent.
