What is the Union Network International (UNI)?


Union Network International (UNI) is an organization aimed at meeting the globalization of corporations, trade, and manufacturing head on. The organization targets multinational corporations, seeking to apply global pressure in order to organize local and regional corporate facilities. At its August 2005 Chicago convention, UNI announced that signing global agreements with targeted companies would be that organization's focus going forward. In 2007, UNI expanded its attention to monitoring private equity funds.
