Explain the difference between structured, unstructured, and semistructured interviews.
What will be an ideal response?
With structured interviews, all candidates are asked questions from the same list of interview questions. With unstructured interviews, there are no preplanned questions and no consistency of questions asked to candidates during the interview. With semistructured interviews, the interviewer has a list of interview questions to ask all candidates but can also ask unplanned questions.
