The PANDA coalition was founded in Missouri by Dr. Lynn Mouden in 1992 in order to encourage dental professionals to report suspected child abuse. By offering free seminars, PANDA is committed to educating dental professionals on identifying and reporting child abuse and neglect. Its goal is to promote awareness of child-abuse detection within the dental community, provide referral resources to families, and train and educate in the hopes of ending acts of abuse and neglect.
