Ans: The Fishbowl uses subgroups and a representative from each to sit in an inner circle while all others are in an outer circle. In Telstar, two representatives from each group to represent the entire group. The two presenters may have a small advisory committee. Any member of an advisory committee can stop the discussion at any time to meet with her representative regarding an issue. This continues until consensus is achieved.
