What is Forcible Rape?

What will be an ideal response?

The terms rape and forcible rape are often applied to a wide variety of sexual attacks, including same-sex rape and the rape of a male by female. Under the Uniform Crime Reports (UCR) program of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the term forcible rape generally refers to “the carnal knowledge of a person forcibly and against their will.”
Conventional wisdom holds that forcible rape is often a planned violent crime that serves the offender’s need for power rather than sexual gratification. As a rule, most rapes are committed by acquaintances of the victim and often betray a trust for friendship.
