Discuss the difference between Report view and Print Preview.

What will be an ideal response?

Report view enables you to view a report onscreen in a continuous page layout, whereas Print Preview shows you exactly what the report will look like when it is printed and by default displays all the pages in the report. You have the option to export from Print Preview, and save the report to a different file type, such as Word.
