Explain the concept of reasonable accommodation of physically challenged employees. When is an employer not obligated to provide such an accommodation?

What will be an ideal response?

Under Title I of ADA, an employer is under the obligation to make a reasonable accommodation to accommodate an individual's disability as long as such accommodation does not cause an undue hardship on the employer. However, if an employer does not make a reasonable accommodation that could be made without causing an undue hardship on the employer, the employer has violated the ADA. Employers are not obligated to provide accommodations that would impose an undue hardship-that is, actions that would require significant difficulty or expense.
