Why is partially hydrogenated vegetable oil an unhealthy artificial food product?

What will be an ideal response?

Partially hydrogenated vegetable oil is trans fat. It is still found in many manufactured and fast foods even though it has been determined that trans fats are unhealthy. They raise the level of cholesterol in our blood more than any other fat, and they directly alter the function of our arteries and veins.
