What is the difference between standard and special conditions of probation?

What will be an ideal response?

• Standard conditions of probation must be followed by every probationer, but judges usually have the authority to impose additional special conditions of probation. These special conditions are tailored to meet the program needs for an offender, or can be imposed to address an offender's specific risk to the community. Special conditions can include requiring drug or alcohol counseling, drug testing, mental health counseling, or vocational training; avoiding a particular person or group; or staying out of bars or poolrooms.
