A guardian is a person who is appointed to care for and manage the minor person, the minor’s property, or both. They are responsible for the care and custody of the minor until the child reaches the age of majority. A trustee will manage all the property set forth in a trust. In a trust, the legal title of property is given to a trustee to manage for all the beneficiaries. Executors or personal representatives, are the person who administer the deceased’s estate and carries out the terms of the will. They gather the assets, pays all the debts, and distributes the property.
