What is the definition of true progress for our entire planet?

What will be an ideal response?

TruE progress for everyone would include an increase in global understanding and cooperative harmony. Many people are realizing in their search for satisfaction in life that human happiness is not simply growth in power and material wealth, and that we are more than simply the sum of what we buy or control. The sciences of ecology and evolution tell us that all life is united both in time (evolution) and in the ecological systems of the present which are the result of evolution. The challenge is to realize this truth in both personal and universal terms, where our sense of personal identity and responsibility reach out to encompass the entire earth.
