Look at the matrix below for Nigel. Use this information to determine a possible function of the behavior and to develop a hypothesis statement.

What will be an ideal response?

Our data shows that Nigel is a very capable student. Nigel does have issues when he is required to work with others. When there is group work Nigel says profanities and has told me himself that he likes being by himself. If Nigel is by him self he is focused and get his work done without causing any problems. If the majority of Nigel’s time is him spending it alone, the amount of Nigel’s behaviors will decrease.
