What is the role of external contacts for innovation?
What will be an ideal response?
Answer: External contacts have helped companies solve innovation questions, lowered research and development costs, and allowed companies to stay ahead of competition. External contacts do not come into a company without some dangers because if am external contact does not have good intentions for a company it can cause problems. External contacts can “speed up time to market” (Lindegaard, n.d.) and by speeding up time, it will allow the company to grow and prosper.
