What pattern of organization does this body paragraph use?

Cryptozoology is the study of and search for animals that science has yet to acknowledge exist and animals thought to be extinct. The word cryptozoology literally means "the study of hidden animals." Bernard Heuvelmans (1916–2001) is considered the father of cryptozoology and often credited with creating the words to describe his own research in the 1950s. While most people associate cryptozoologists with those who hunt for Bigfoot, the Chupacabra, and the Loch Ness Monster, there are respected scientists who search for new species of insects, reptiles, birds, and mammals in the little explored region of the tropics. These scientists, however, are not likely to call themselves cryptozoologists because most consider the field a pseudoscience. Colleges do not offer degrees in cryptozoology and rarely offer elective courses on the topic. But even though the International Society of Cryptozoology ceased its operations in 1998, avid cryptozoologists continue their searches and consider their studies and methods as valid as those of recognized scientists a. definition b. classification c. process d. description
