Define traditional ethnography and netnography. Then, list two main differences between these methods.

What will be an ideal response?

Traditional ethnography refers to a qualitative research method when a researcher immerses himself in a culture and uses participant observation over an extended period of time. Netnography does the same thing but is focused on online communities. One of the main differences is that netnography does not need to have a physical location of study since it is focused on online communities. The second main difference is netnography can return to review original data, whereas traditional ethnographers only have access to their field notes.
