How might the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) affect women sports participants and women coaches?

What will be an ideal response?


The Family and Medical Leave Act does not affect just women. However, issues such as pregnancy would certainly only affect women and it is foreseeable that the act could clash with traditional roles of the woman as coach or player for obvious reasons.
