You have been asked to create a personal brand audit for yourself. Walk through the process of how you will go about in doing this, and the rationale behind this.

What will be an ideal response?

There are several things we want to do first before creating a personal brand audit. We want to ask ourselves: How would you define yourself? What experiences have helped define you as a person and professional? How do you communicate with others? Is your voice different from group to group, or is it the same? We also want to outline our brand voice, and how it fits in the content we are able to create on social media that is reflective of our personal brand. We also have to align with the various associations we want to have tied to our personal brand while discussing the different strategies we may want to implement (e.g., audience, content, and customized) for our social media presence. All of these factors need to be considered when doing a proactive and effective personal brand audit.
