Pes cavas, pes planus, tibial torsion, limited dorsiflexion, any joint abnormality that changes mechanics, hyper pronation, hyper supination, joint ankylosis, muscle or nerve pathology that prevents normal muscular action, hip anteversion, hip retroversion.
These conditions all have potential to result in tibial pain however there is no guarantee that any of these will automatically cause tibial pain.
