Distinguish between false imprisonment and kidnapping

What will be an ideal response?

Kidnapping is a false imprisonment plus a movement of the victim from one location to another. The distance is not important, other than a jurisdictional issue if the victim is taken across state lines or is missing for more than 24 hours, in which case, the FBI assumes jurisdiction from state/local law enforcement.
