What will be an ideal response?

Student responses may vary, but should accurately describe methods of addressing physical fitness in an early childhood setting. A sample response follows. I would incorporate physical fitness by allowing lots of movement and free play, especially among my younger students. I might use more structured games for my older students, but I would avoid competitive games and sports. I would also model fitness and high activity levels.
