Give any two reasons why people may have a harder time staying on or maintaining weight loss on a low fat diet?

The low fat diet may also be low in calories. If a person requires 1800 calories per day, but is only taking in 1500 calories from low fat foods, they will experience hunger and may overeat to overcome their hunger. Foods that have higher levels of protein and fat are also more satisfying so people are less apt to get hungry after eating them. If people eat smaller portions of foods with sufficient amount of fat and protein, they will experience less hunger and will be less likely to overeat.
