What is the difference between minority scholarships and restricted scholarships?
What will be an ideal response?
Minority scholarships are financial awards designated for minority students. Such scholarships are based on need and awarded from an institution's special scholarship fund. Restricted scholarships are financial awards for students who meet specialized criteria. These scholarships may be designated for a student from a specific geographic area or for a student planning to pursue a specific major or enter a specific profession. Because of their rather specialized criteria (or because students overlook them), these scholarships aren't always awarded.
