What will be an ideal response?

Answers will vary. Public opinion is widespread attitudes of people on a particular issue.Public opinion has three components: (1) it is a verbalization rather than an action; (2) about a matter that concerns many people; and (3) involves a controversial issue. Public opinions wax and wane over time. People's interest in crime and education drops, for example, when they are more concerned about pressing issues such as jobs and income.
