Positives: good communication, i.e. communicating pertinent information to others in a clear and timely manner, respect for each other's skills and knowledge, using first names to address issues, using a team briefing prior to starting the list.
Negatives: lack of communication, bullying, lack of respect, not knowing names of team members, lack of preparation in telling team of additional equipment that may be required.
