Agility is the ability to quickly and efficiently change body position and direction. Balance is the ability to maintain the body in proper equilibrium. Coordination is the integration of the nervous and the muscular systems to produce correct, graceful, and harmonious body movements. Power is defined as the ability to produce maximum force in the shortest time. Reaction time is defined as the time required to initiate a response to a given stimulus. Speed is the ability to rapidly propel the body or a part of the body from one point to another.
