Review the ways in which PowerPoint allows you to view a presentation.

What will be an ideal response?

PowerPoint includes several ways to view a presentation. When you start PowerPoint, the workspace opens in Normal view and is divided into two panes, or areas. The larger pane on the right, the Slide pane, shows the full slide, and the smaller Thumbnail pane on the left shows thumbnails, or small versions, of the slides. You can also switch to other views. Outline view shows only the slide text in the left pane, in an indented format, instead of thumbnails. Slide Sorter view shows only thumbnails of the entire presentation and is useful for reordering and deleting slides. You can switch to Slide Show view to view the slide show as your audience will see it, or Reading view, to view it full screen but also see the status bar. PowerPoint also includes a Notes Page view, where you can see your slide and any notes you have made, plus three master views you can use to change multiple slides in a presentation.
