A phoneme is a distinct sound that is made by a particular shape of the mouth.
You can store each mouth position of a phoneme as a keyframe in a graphic
symbol. The Frame Picker panel in Animate lets you choose the frame in the
graphic symbol’s Timeline that matches each sound to help synchronize the
character’s action with the dialogue.
