What will be an ideal response?


The systemic agenda includes all issues that might be subject to action or that are already being acted on by government; issues that merit public attention and involving matters within the legitimate jurisdiction of government. An institutional agenda is composed of the issues on which the individuals in power within a particular institution actually are considering taking action.
