What caused lymphocytes, WBC, AST, and ALT to change between the two sets of labs?


WBC probably returned to normal due to antibiotics helping get the infection under control. Whatever caused liver inflammation resulting in elevated AST and ALT was also under control. Perhaps a change in her medications.
