Quality is all the features of a good or service that impact upon the ability of the product to meet customer needs. If it is important to me that the product is reliable, then that is how I will define quality. The current marketing concept is directly related to this concept of quality. Marketing should bring about customer satisfaction. If the customer is satisfied then the organization will be successful. In order for the customer to be satisfied, the product must meet the customer’s needs.
