How does the interview environment influence the interview process?

What will be an ideal response?

Context is everything when it comes to communicating and interviewing. Everything from the time and place of the interview to the people and surroundings of the interview shapes the interview. A comfortable environment can reduce anxiety and increase confidence, while time of day can impact how receptive or distracted interviewers and interviewees are during the interview process. Phone constantly ringing, cell phones vibrating, coworkers stopping by the office can also interfere with the communication process.
