Discuss the role of effector in both the negative and positive feedback loops

What will be an ideal response?

In a negative feedback loop, the effector activity opposes the initial stimulus and shuts off when conditions return to the normal range. However, in a positive feedback loop, the effector's activity actually increases–positive feedback reinforces the initial stimulus using a loop of increasing output that amplifies the response. A positive feedback loop therefore causes a rapid change in a variable.
