If the offense is committed to facilitate drug trafficking, the individual is subject to a term of imprisonment up to twenty years, five years longer than simple identity theft. The individual is also subject to forfeiture of any personal property used or intended to be used to commit the offense. Forfeiture is not included in simple identity theft.
