What will be an ideal response?

Four of the intentional torts against persons listed in the chapter are:•Assault-An intentional word or action that causes another to reasonably fear or be apprehensive of immediate physical harm. An example would be Chris threatening to hit Cynthia with his fist.•Battery-The completion of an assault or any actual contact with another person that is harmful or offensive to the other person (physical injury need not occur). An example of a battery would be where Chris, from the previoussituation, actually hits Cynthia with his fist.•Defamation-Harming another's good reputation by making false statements. There are two types of defamation:slander(spoken defamation) andlibel(written defamation). An example of defamation would be where a newspaper publishes a story that a well-known rock star has AIDS, knowing that the story is false.•Fraudulent misrepresentation-Fraud occurs when one person intentionally causes another to believe in a condition that is different from the one that actually exists. This is often accomplished through a false or an incorrect statement. An example of fraudulent misrepresentation would be where a seller of a breeding stallion tells the buyer that the ?stallion is in excellent physical condition, when the seller knows that the stallion is suffering from a disease that prevents him from breeding.Other intentional torts against persons listed in the chapter are intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment, invasion of privacy, appropriation, and wrongful?interference.?
