Beginning with Phase 3, the therapist asks the client to keep a Strength Journal, which records on a daily basis the specific strength the client used to deal with everyday life issues. The client is asked to identify the strength used, how it was used, and any other thoughts or developments that have occurred related to his or her strengths.
