What is the patient's rhythm on the rhythm strip above?

What will be an ideal response?

Suggested response: Sinus tachycardia. This is a rhythm originating from the sinoatrial node with an elevated rate greater than 100 beats/min (bpm) but with regular beats. Most often sinus tachycardia is caused by an increase in the body's demand for oxygen, such as during exercise, stress, infection, blood loss and hyperthyroidism. It may also express an attempt to compensate for a reduced stroke volume.
