Explain "feedback fatigue."

Feedback fatigue is a relatively new phenomenon created by the ease of generating requests that customers provide feedback. If every transaction is followed by asking the customer to respond to a feedback survey or questionnaire (as with many stores, airlines, and other businesses), they soon grow weary of doing so and response rates will drop.
