Are major minerals more important than microminerals?

What will be an ideal response?

The amount of a mineral is not related to its importance in the body. Trace minerals are needed in smaller amounts than major minerals but a deficiency or toxicity in either mineral is important because it may express deficiency or toxicity symptoms.
