There are always options, if you plan ahead. Some of those options include: online course offerings, community college offerings, other universities or colleges within driving distance, summer courses, evening courses. You could talk to the professor about waiving the requirement, or if you're employed, talk to both your employer and your professor to work out a schedule you can keep.
