Fox’s (1990) research demonstrated that leadership, culture, and management practices predicted significant variances and members’ perceptions of climate performance. Leadership and culture were clearly true, strongest indicators. Studies have suggested support for the model’s assumptions. The model represents organizational reality to a reasonable degree and that practitioners can apply it with a reasonable amount. The model is useful and adequately describes the current understanding of organizational dynamics and can assist to steer change in a way that performance of an organization will be improved.
