Identify the expected outcome associated with each treatment C.J. is receiving

What will be an ideal response?

Nimodipine is a powerful calcium channel blocker that reduces vasospasms after SAH. A side
effect of nimodipine is hypotension, so dopamine is used to maintain cerebral perfusion pressure.
After SAH there appears to be a defect in regulation of intravascular volume that can result in
hypovolemia. The circulatory volume is maintained with the use of isotonic saline. Fever occurs in
up to 72% of aneurysmal SAH patients. It is necessary to keep the patient's core body temperature
at 99.0° F (37.2° C) or less. Hyperglycemia is common in patients with SAH and is associated with
increased risk of vasospasm; therefore rapid-acting insulin is administered to a target glucose range
of 80 to 140 mg/dL.
